CANCELLATIONS, TRANSFERS & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations for any camp session must be made two weeks (14 days) prior to the first day of camp to be eligible for a refund (minus a $50 admin fee).
Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the start of class or camp are not eligible for any refunds.
You may transfer into a different camp session within the same summer up to two weeks (14 days) prior to the first day of the session you are currently registered for.
Refunds are not granted due to dissatisfaction with role or casting decisions.
Refunds are not granted due to illness.
Full refunds are given if the camp session is canceled by Bridge City Theatre Camp.
